  • Standard Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-5 working days) - £3.95 (Free for orders over £150)

  • Next Day Delivery (for orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday) - £5.95

Next day orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be collected by the courier until Monday meaning, your order will arrive on Tuesday.

Next day orders placed on a Friday before 2pm (if under 2kg weight) will be sent via Royal Mail and likely to arrive on Saturday. If your order weights above 2kg then your order will be sent by courier and will not arrive until Monday.

Customs, Duties and Local Taxation

Please note that if you live outside the European Union, you could be subject to customs clearing/duties, local taxation and additional processing charges which vary from country to country. Therefore we encourage you to contact your local customs office for more information. Please also note that customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delays to your delivery. 

If customs, taxes or delivery is refused, the amount charged by your local authority to Pretty Lavish will be deducted from your refund.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR UK AND INTERNATIONAL

Please note orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.

Pretty Lavish cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. Please email enquiries@prettylavish.com if you order does experience a delay by the courier and we will do our very best to help.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a shipping conformation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online. Should there be any unforeseen delays with processing your order, you will be notified within 48 hours from when the order was placed.
 

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to enquiries@prettylavish.com. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 9AM–5.30PM. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

    Beautiful soft but awful inner lining

    The coat is amazing. Very soft and fits me well. I am 5,8 and ordered an S. However i can't give 5 starts because of the inner lining. It's really cheap, noisy and feels like horrible plastic. I am having it exchanged by a seamstress to a higher value fabric. The coat is so lovely its worth it but still a bit of a pain.

    Very soft!

    I bought this jacket to go with eveningwear, but also to wear with more casual outfits. The fur on this coat feels very soft and luxurious and there is a nice visible shine to it. I'm not crazy about the interior lining... it's super thin and I'm worried that I will snag it on something. I think if it were a heavier weight fabric it would feel more expensive, but this is probably not an issue for others. I am a shorter height at 5'3" (usually UK6-8), and got an XS. The coat was longer on me than the model, but I think I will keep it because it looks nice on and a unique addition to my winter wardrobe.

    Looks AMAZING

    I tried this coat on in the office straightaway when it arrived and received loads of compliments! The coat is super snuggly and the faux fur is so realistic! I'm 5ft4.5 and a UK6/8 (always a UK6 in coats and jackets) and purchased an XS. The fit of the coat is very roomy, if there was an XXS option I would have exchanged the XS for that as it is big even with a thick jumper on. Definitely a very oversized fit!

    Luxury!

    In LOVE with this coat! Probably could’ve sized down to XS, I’m 5’2 but I like oversize and have gotten so many compliments every time I wear this out! Quality of the faux fur is amazing! Only thing is the inside liner is a bit noisy - but still gets 5 stars all the way! The coat is SO warm and cozy and if you’re thinking about buying it - DO NOT wait!!!

    My dream coat!

    Wow wow wow! The majority of my wardrobe is Pretty Lavish so of course I had to add a coat into the mix. This is probably one of my favourite purchases ever. The fit, the quality, the feel.. everything is just perfection. Totally worth the money and I would recommend sticking to your usual PL size as it has a slightly cosy, oversized fit.
