As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a shipping conformation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online. Should there be any unforeseen delays with processing your order, you will be notified.

Evri Next Working Day Delivery* (for orders placed before 6pm weekdays) - £6.50.

Royal Mail Next Working Day Delivery* (for orders placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday) - £5.95.

Royal Mail Standard Delivery: 2-5 working days - £3.95. (Free for orders over £150).

Saturday Delivery* (for orders placed before 2pm Friday) - £12.95.

Customs, Duties and Local Taxation

Where applicable, duties will be calculated and charged at checkout. If not, please be aware that you may be responsible for paying import duties upon delivery.

If customs, taxes or delivery is refused, the amount charged by your local authority to Pretty Lavish will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to enquiries@prettylavish.com.
