Sustainability

Our Mission

We understand that the fashion industry will always have an impact on the environment, but we are committed to making changes to reduce our impact as much as possible. As we continue our sustainability journey with full transparency we're building on everything we've experienced so far. The wins and insights from recent years have directly shaped how we approach sustainability today - with clearer focus, deeper understanding, and renewed commitment to doing what matters most.

We design timeless and high-quality garments with a focus on longevity, for our customers and the planet

Our journey so far

MATERIALS

  1. We launched our first organic cotton collection in SS21 and continue to use this within our collections.
  2. We are actively shifting from screen printing to digital printing for the majority of our products - reducing fabric waste and conserving water in the process.
  3. We started using recycled polyester (rPET) in AW21.
  4. We’ve achieved certification against Textile Exchange Standards GRS, RCS, OCS. Additionally, we hold GOTS certification too.
  5. We launched bridesmaid colour swatches from production waste fabric and created bridesmaid sashes and pocket squares from leftover fabric and dead stock.

TRANSPARENCY

1. We introduced an animal welfare policy and ensure we do not use animal bi-products in our collections.
2. We moved a large percentage of our shipments from air freight over to sea freight - As of 2025 we are on track to ship 80% of our shipments via sea freight.

PACKAGING

  1. Our mailing boxes are made from 100% recycled FSC cardboard.
  2. Our UK orders are paperless now that we have our online returns portal.
  3. Our garment bags are made from 100% recycled plastic and are fully recyclable.
  4. We’ve started disposing off our polybags through First Mile to ensure they are recycled properly.

FACTORIES

  1. All of our factories are fully audited, majority with Sedex (SMETA) and Amfori (BSCI).
  2. We aim for small production runs to limit surplus stock at the end of each season.
  3. We have an extensive supplier manual to ensure our factories are manufacturing ethically and this is updated annually.
  4. We are transparent with our supply chain and have published our Supplier List on Open Supply Hub.

OUR KEY WINS

Our commitment to a transparent sustainability journey continues. Following extensive efforts to empower suppliers and streamline sustainable sourcing, we are defining key numerical targets. These updated, year-by-year pledges will be formally announced soon.

2024/2025 was a year of meaningful progress for our business - celebrating key wins and insightful learnings.

As we worked toward our goals, we recognised opportunities to refine our approach. By coming together as a team, we gained a clearer understanding of our collective strengths and areas for growth.

This reflection has reinforced our commitment to conscious products and responsible freight practices, ensuring we continue moving forward with purpose.

Below are a few focal points of our journey:

  1. 1. From AW25 all continued crepe, chiffon and satin fabrication Bridesmaids lines (restocks) are consciously sourced
(outer fabric 60% recycled & lining 100% recycled).
  2. 2. In SS25 we began up-cycling old unsold bridesmaid dresses and used the fabric to create bridesmaid/flower girl sashes, neck scarves, bow ties and pocket squares which received extremely encouraging reactions from our customers.
  3. 3. Achieving the mammoth milestone of moving NOBL menswear collection from 100% air in AW23 to 100% sea shipment in AW25 (STD) within 2 seasons to reduce emissions.
  4. 4. We have partnered with our current factories to support them with becoming certified and increase sustainable and ethical business practices.
  5. 5. Roughly an astounding 51% of our fabrics used in 2025 collections were recycled.
  6. 6. 20% of our garments were fully sustainable supported with 3rd party certification.
  7. 7. From SS25 majority of woven garments which have a recycled fabric, have a recycled lining.
  8. 8. Continued our partnership with The Salvation Army to donate goods to improve longevity of garments.
  9. 9. Our recycled yarn library has grown season after season and is the widest it has been.
