As Pretty Lavish grows, we are looking for a passionate, hard working and humble individual to join us on this exciting journey in this role.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Define and implement the social media strategy across all platforms to drive organic follower growth, reach and engagement, ensuring the brand tone of voice and aesthetic is consistent across all channels including Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest and LinkedIn for Pretty Lavish, Pretty Lavish Bridal and NOBL
• Lead the development and management of content calendars for social media and email marketing ensuring key marketing dates are covered
• Brief the social and design team to create content that is on-brand and drive’s key KPI’s
• Measure the performance and impact of social media activity, creating weekly and monthly reports and communicating performance to the Head of Marketing and wider teams
• Explore new ways to engage followers and new social networks to reach target customers
• Maintain knowledge of new and emerging technologies and approaches to social media and adapt/implement as necessary
• Be reactive to social media trends, celebrity news and relevant newsworthy topics and be able to apply these to our social media strategy
• Manage the social media budget
• Collaborate with the paid agency to provide creative content for paid advertising
• Liaise with the buying teams to keep up to date with shipments delays ensuring content calendar is updated accordingly
• Work with the merchandising team to ensure marketing is in place for high stocked lines
• Manage and develop a team of 3 reports
Qualification, skills and experience
• Strong understanding of what makes a brand successful in social
• Social media experience within fashion, luxury, beauty or lifestyle brands
• Experience of managing a social team of at least 1-2 direct reports
• Can evidence impact and growth on social media channels in previous roles
• Highly creative with strong organisational, analytical and problem solving skills
