Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes and we cannot redirect a parcel to a new address after this has been dispatched.

International orders will not be dispatched on weekends and UK Bank Holidays.

Customs, Duties and Local Taxation

Where applicable, duties will be calculated and charged at checkout. If not, please be aware that you may be responsible for paying import duties upon delivery.

If customs, taxes or delivery is refused, the amount charged by your local authority to Pretty Lavish will be deducted from your refund.

Please Note

For Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Gibraltar, delivery rates can vary and may show differently at checkout depending on the service available to your address.

Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland UK Island and Isle of Wight orders are dispatched on a 2-3 transit time.

Orders will NOT be dispatched on weekends and UK Bank Holidays.

We cannot redirect a parcel to a new address after this has been dispatched.

*Next Working Day orders placed after Thursday cut-off will be processed Friday and delivered Monday.

*Next Working Day orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday and delivered Tuesday.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). 

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. 

For larger orders, courier restrictions may apply. While we will aim to use your selected delivery service, we reserve the right to change the carrier if necessary to ensure your order reaches you successfully.

While we do everything we can to keep deliveries on time, courier delays can occasionally happen. If your parcel looks delayed, please contact our Customer Care team and we’ll help.

We’ll do our best to help, but once an order is placed we can’t guarantee changes can be made.
