1. Washing
Always check your garment's care label before washing. We recommend turning your knitwear inside out and washing it on a gentle 30°C cycle to help preserve its shape and softness. Avoid using fabric softener, as it can loosen the fibres and encourage bobbling. Washing every 3–5 wears is usually enough to keep your knitwear fresh while helping extend its lifespan.
2. Drying
To help your knitwear retain its shape, always lay it flat to dry after washing. Never hang knitwear while it's wet, as the weight of the water can cause it to stretch. Avoid tumble drying, as excessive heat can shrink the fibres and affect the fit, softness and finish of your garment.
3. Ironing
If needed, iron your knitwear on a low heat setting, following the care label instructions. For the smoothest finish, remove any bobbles before ironing and avoid applying excessive pressure, as this can flatten the fibres and affect the texture of the knit.
4. Pilling (Bobbling)
Bobbling is a natural part of wear and can occur on both natural and synthetic fibres. Everyday friction from bags, outerwear and other surfaces can loosen the yarn and cause small pills to form. Remove bobbles gently using a garment comb, fabric shaver or lint brush, and take care to avoid snags from jewellery, zips and rough surfaces. If snagging does occur, pull the loose yarn through to the inside with a needle rather than cutting it.

Whenever possible, air dry your woven garments, as excessive heat can damage the fibres over time. Depending on the garment's structure, either hang it to dry or lay it flat to maintain its shape. Avoid tumble drying, as it can cause shrinkage and affect the fit, drape and finish of the fabric.
3. Ironing
If needed, iron your woven garments on a low to medium heat setting, always following the care label instructions. For delicate fabrics, use a pressing cloth to protect the surface from direct heat. For the best results, use a hand steamer to gently remove creases while preserving the fabric's natural texture and drape.
4. Prevention & Care
To keep your woven garments looking their best, be mindful of friction, as delicate fabrics can snag on jewellery, zips and rough surfaces. If a snag does occur, carefully pull the loose thread through to the inside of the garment with a needle rather than cutting it. Spot clean small marks where possible to avoid unnecessary washing and help prolong the life of the fabric.
5. Storage
Most woven garments can be stored on padded or shaped hangers to help maintain their structure. Heavier woven pieces, such as tailored trousers, are best folded neatly to prevent stretching over time. Store garments away from direct sunlight to help preserve their colour and keep them looking their best.
